Volunteering
We are always looking for ways to provide children with opportunities to learn more from people with special experiences or expertise, in order to make the curriculum more colourful and meaningful.
For example, do you do a job that involves working with textiles? Perhaps you could talk to children about the weaving or dyeing processes.
Do you work in building or engineering? You may be able to give advice to the children on designing bridges and constructing winding mechanisms.
Do you work with animals? You could talk to the children about pet care or conservation.
Are you involved with I.T.? We are always grateful for ideas for our website.
Are you an artist, a musician or a designer? We would be grateful for some tips on how to improve in these areas.
